SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are subject to our 3 to 5 working day lead time before being shipped. 

We ship worldwide and package our items with care. All orders are sent by Evri tracked and signed. If you have any questions please email shop@blim.org.uk and we will try to help you. 

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

You can cancel your order within 14 days of placing it. You are responsible for the goods arriving back undamaged within 14 days of cancellation. Please retain proof of postage when returning your items. When the item is returned in its original condition we will refund you the cost of the order.

If you would like to return your item please put it back in the original packaging if possible and email us at shop@blim.org.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. All goods must be returned in ‘as new’ condition free from any defects.

Unless returning an item due to a fault, you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please retain proof of postage when returning your items.
